Writing is my hobby, sometimes I love it, a lot of the time I hate it, but I can't seem to help myself and keep plugging at it.

Someone suggested to me to try writing, it wasn't a burning desire since birth that has been unfulfilled all these years. I had a go and quite liked it, so have kept going. I still feel very new to it and have much to learn.

My favourite on-line haunt is Chapter 79 - a wonderful site for writers to come together, display work and receive helpful comments and assistance. It is well worth a look, so check it out. I also run a group on the site called 'The Tool Shed' for practicing writing skills and improving our knowledge.

I am currently writing a novel (finished now, but the hard work of Editing it has begun), so not much new stuff going up in the short story writing menus; but hopefully it will be worth it in the end!

Meanwhile, I hope you enjoy having a look around. Perhaps you will even stop a while and read a couple of the stories. I don't have a particular genre of writing. The one thing they have in common is 'an easy read'. At least I hope so.
